Firework Stands – Series No. 1

Small mom-and-pop firework stands across the South are big business. They are an opportunity to shine in your community with a creative handmade aesthetic and an ingenious use of available, and inexpensive, materials. They are also a chance to make some extra money on the side.

The majority of firework stands are temporary and only open to sell to neighbors and tourists on July 4th, New Year’s, Christmas and Halloween. The rest of the year they sit abandoned by the side of the road. We love the T.O.A.D. look: Temporary, Obsolete, Abandoned, and Distressed.

Firework Stands – Series No. 2

Fireworks are an impulse buy so one has to attract the eye with color, big letters and the obligatory exclamation points. These stands are packed to the gills will a plethora of firecrackers, rockets, and smoke bombs in a rainbow of colors. A feast for curious eyes.
