Out West – Series No. 1
The Western U.S. is the largest region of the country, covering more than half the land area of the contiguous United States. It is also the most geographically diverse, including temperate rainforests, the highest mountain ranges, glaciers, and the Great Plains. It also contains the majority of the desert areas located in the United States, the Mojave and Great Basin deserts, along with parts of the Sonoran and Chihuahuan deserts. It is somewhere far, way out…there. It is full of myth, legend, and space. It is someplace we are inspired by more and more every time we go.
